We’re feeling extra festive this March and pairing all our favorite flavors of St. Patrick’s Day into one incredibly delicious brownie. For extra flair, feel free to add green sprinkles before baking!
- 1/2 cup Guinness stout
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
- 10 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- Milk Chocolate Peanut Pretzel Snappers®, chopped
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Grease an 8×8 pan. Simmer stout in a sauce pan until reduced to 1/4 cup, stirring constantly. Melt butter and chocolate chips together in microwave until smooth. Add sugar, vanilla, salt and reduced stout to melted chocolate. Mix until combined. Add in the eggs, one at a time, mixing after each addition. Add in the flour and gently fold into the mixture. Mix in chopped Snappers®. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
Bake for about 45 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
