Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Snappers Martini

Ooh La La. Shake up something sweet with our Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Snappers Martini! With a crushed pretzel rim and sweet caramel and chocolate flavors, this cocktail will be a hit at your next happy hour or gathering.

Our test kitchen found that using caramel vodka resulted in a smooth sip and chocolate syrup was the best method to rim the crushed pretzel. Make it a mocktail by substituting caramel and chocolate syrups.


  • Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Snappers (for garnish)
  • 2 oz Chocolate Liqueur
  • 1 oz Caramel Vodka
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 oz Chocolate Syrup
  • 1/4 cup Pretzels, crushed


  1. Using the back of a spoon, crush pretzels.
  2. Rim a chilled martini glass with chocolate syrup.
  3. Dip rimmed glass in crushed pretzels, turning the glass to evenly coat the rim.
  4. Add ice to cocktail shaker. Add vodka, liqueur, milk, and chocolate syrup.
  5. Shake and strain into glass.
  6. Garnish with a single Snapper.
  7. Enjoy!
